SMLA joined the organization in 2006, establishing the Legal Department. She is an admitted attorney of the High Courts of South Africa and Swaziland and has practiced as such. She commands extensive experience in drafting and management of contracts, industrial relations and loan recovery management.

Masters in Leadership and Change Management & BSc Agriculture – Crop Production Major

SMCO joined the organization in 2005 as a credit officer, he then held the position of Senior Credit Officer Agri-business for sugar cane projects before he was promoted Senior Manager Credit Operations in 2012.

Mr. Innocent Thwala

BSc. – Computer Science and Mathematics

SMIT joined the organization in 2002 as an IT Officer. He then held the position of Senior IT Officer before he was promoted to Senior Manager IT in 2011. He commands extensive experience in the field of Systems Design and Implementation after successfully leading the implementation of two MIS Systems for the organization. He is also competent in Systems & Database Administration, IT Governance and Business Continuity Management.

SMIA joined the organization from World Vision where he was a Regional Audit Manager. He has worked for Big Game Parks as Chief Financial Officer; Inyatsi Construction as Group Financial Accountant & Group Internal Auditor ,FNB as Regulatory Reporting & Project Accountant and Pricewaterwaterhouse coopers as a Audit supervisor. He is a Member of Eswatini Institute of Accountants (EIA; South African Institute of Internal Auditors (IIASA); Eswatini Institute of Internal Auditors (IIASD); Association of Cerftified Chartered Accountants (ACCA); International Academy of Business & Financial Management (IABFM).
