Lindiwe Kate Mamba is a seasoned public finance and economic policy professional with close to two decades of experience in government, bringing strong expertise in financial governance, fiscal oversight, and strategic planning to board engagements. 

She currently serves as Head of Policy and Planning / Director of Budget at the Ministry of Finance, where she provides strategic leadership over national budgeting, public financial management, and policy coordination in support of accountability and effective resource allocation. 

Mamba has served as a Commissioner at the Eswatini Competition Commission and previously as a Board Director at the Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO), contributing to governance, compliance, and institutional sustainability.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy Management, a degree in Economics and Statistics, and professional training in project appraisal and risk analysis. Lindiwe is recognised for her analytical insight, ethical leadership, and commitment to transparency, effective oversight, and public value creation. 

Mr. Musa Mdluli

An experienced professional Accountant currently employed by our shareholders, Tibiyo TakaNgwane, as Manager Internal Audit, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) and is a Fellow member of Certified Chartered Accountants and Association of Accounting Technicians.

He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) who serves as a Council member of Swaziland Institute of Accountants and NERCHA. At FINCORP he chairs the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee which reports to the Main Board.

Mrs. Nonhlanhla F. Shongwe

A Legal Expert, Admitted Attorney  and Conveyancer who holds LLM (Corporate Law); LLB; and BA Law currently serving as Legal Advisor & Company Secretary at Tibiyo TakaNgwane.

She has also served as Manager Legal Affairs Providing legal advice to Tibiyo Taka Ngwane departments, management; the Main Committee; and subsidiary companies.

She also serves as a Director in a number of Tibiyo TakaNgwane subsidiary companies. Previous responsibilities include serving as Legal Executive at SIDC and Crown Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office in Swaziland.

Prof. Patricia Nomzamo Joubert

An Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration; former Faculty Dean and Head of Department who holds extensive lecturing experience dating back to 1989. She is currently with the University of Swaziland, and has been associated with other Universities regionally and internationally in both lecturing and research activities. She has extensively researched and published in high reputable Journals including Editorial work.

She is also a member in a number of Professional Bodies and Boards: Academic European Conferences, International Academy of African Business and Development, Junior Achievement Board, Institute of Management Development Board, Financial Intelligent Unit Board and she also sits in several Boards and Committees at the University of Swaziland.

Mr. Simanga Simelane

The General Manager of Dalcrue Agricultural Holdings an establishment of Tibiyo Taka Ngwane, that is responsible for Tibiyo’s agricultural operations. He commands vast experience in auditing, finance and treasury management

He also serves as a Board Member in several  subsidiary companies of Tibiyo TakaNgwane.

Mr. Wandile Mathonsi

Mr. Mathonsi is the Head of Risk at Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation (ESRIC). Prior to working for ESRIC, he worked for Synergy Chartered Accountants and Ernst Young Swaziland & South Africa.

He is a registered Accountant in Swaziland and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa. He holds a Masters in Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Major from the University of Eswatini.

Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi

MBA & Certificate in Financial Institutions for Enterprise Development (FIPED)

Group MD joined the organization in 1997. Has previously served as Deputy Managing Director, Company Secretary, Manager Finance & Administration, Credit Analyst at FINCORP, and was the first General Manager at First Finance, a subsidiary wholly owned by FINCORP.  He is currently a Member of the Governing Council of World Association of Small and Medium enterprises (WASME).
